Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Any veggies or meats that you would like to add

Instructions

  1. Blend together eggs and cottage cheese (1/2 cup cottage cheese per 9 eggs
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Pour egg mixture into oiled muffin tin or silicone mold about half way with the egg mixture
  4. Add any fillings you like!
  5. Bake at 300 degrees F for 30–34 minutes
