The myth that some specific form of exercise will reduce fat on a specific part of your body, though debunked by fitness experts, continues to be promoted in ads and social media posts.  While’s it’s true that an appropriate and regular exercise program, done over a long period of time, can make a big difference to your health and improve your body’s ability to manage energy, there’s no evidence that any given exercise reduces body fat in any particular place.
